Hey Dan, couldn’t agree more. He won’t fail because of his tactical shortcomings, but because he isn’t able to get his ideas across to the squad and keep everyone pulling on one string.

My one point of contention? I am not sure he has it in him to lead Bayern forward. If all of your premises are true, and I believe they are, then the only conclusion is that he will eventually be ousted as a failed experiment.
His inability or lack of willingness to converse with or implement younger players (Gravenberch comes to mind) on a consistent basis alarms me most. Why spend money to accumulate young talents if you are not willing to communicate with them openly about your plans to deploy them?
Time will tell, but I feel it will not be long before rumors of Tuchel (or someone else) to Bayern surface.
